Most
of the children come from single-parent low-income families.
Residents from the Children's Home and a few children from
double-parent families who are pupils of Canossian schools within
the Eduplex make up the remaining student population making use of
the service.
The
service is open to both boys and girls. Children using the service
are mainly females and come from Canossian schools as well as
neighbourhood government schools. Educational levels range from
Kindergarten through Secondary Four. The majority of the children
are between the ages of 6 to 12 years. |
