The Home receives referrals
mainly from parents, guardians, schools and other welfare and
community agencies. The children admitted for residence or student
care are those who require:
- a substitute home because
they are orphaned or deserted by parents
- care and supervision because
they have either single parents who are unable to provide
adequate parenting or have low-income working parents and lack
safety when left alone at home.
