Stay over the weekend (Free Food & Lodging) to help during meals and breaks, and assist the presenting team in their necessary background work.

You may have seen some couples helping out in the kitchen and preparing breakfast during your own weekend. They too have experienced an EE weekend and have returned to volunteer their services.

Duties of a house couple are...
a) prepare breakfast
b) lay the tables for all meals.
c) organise the tea breaks
d) wash up after the tea breaks & meals
e) assist the presenting team in the general running of the weekend.

(Lunch & Dinner are catered. So no major cooking skills are required. You will only need to help serve & clear away after)

We need people to help the 'supplies couple', to set up the conference room, dining room and foyer, a few days before the EE Weekend.

You will help in:
a) arranging tables & chairs, putting up banners
b) laying out all the stationery required
c) preparing the couple packs & handouts
d) lay out all AV equipment required &
e) ensure that the premises are ready for the EE Weekend.

We need people to help in the reception area to:

• Welcoming participants
• Administration of registration
• Managing the car park
• Showing the couples to their rooms

You will be assigned couples to pray for. You will then write a short letter to them to offer encouragement & your prayers during the weekend. You can get a short handout from your assigned leaders to help write your letters.

The EE Community will also be in prayer, especially on the Friday of the weekend. We encourage you to be there & join them in praying the rosary for a successful weekend.

At the end of the weekend on Sunday, come along and congratulate the couples you prayed over.
