Description: Discover yourself and find out what difference you can make! Practioners of this personality typing system say that it lets them see what makes themselves and others tick in their community, business world, as well as personal relationships. It tries to show how one takes on positive qualities of your personality type when relaxed and how one assumes negative traits when under stress.

Finding Rest in Our Busy Lives (A Sabbath Retreat) by Sr Meny Vera Cruz, rc

Description: Sabbath was a very important day in Jesus' time. It is both a day and a spirit. In today's world, we need to have our own sabbaths. The retreat will give us a deeper understanding of sabbath and its connection to spirituality. It will include brief inputs, time for prayer and reflection, some sharing.

Befriending the Community Within Us - "Psychosynthesis I" by Sr. Guia Jambalos rc
Date: August 22-24 (Fri.7.30 pm to Sun. 4 pm)

Description: This seminar focuses on the integration of the personal and transpersonal self through valuing time of darkness and of joy and enlightenment, using obstacles as steps for spiritual growth.
Psychosynthesis is a process for psychological and spiritual growth. It aims to evoke wholeness and the dawn of a new and wider frame of reference in the human psyche. Nothing is meaningful as long as we perceive only separate fragments of our reality. As soon as the fragments come together into a synthesis, a new entity emerges, whose nature we could not have foreseen by considering the fragments alone. So, the aims at an integration of all the potentials we have been gifted with by God. These gifts buried in our unconscious needs to be surfaced, for us to appreciate and led to gratitude for all that we have and still need to been given 100% potentials for greatness.

Description: This weekend will foster the process of inner growth by means of personal encounter that has the spiritual persons' growth as the main focus. This will involve the integration of all the persons' relations with other, with the whole human family, with creation and with God. This weekend is a follow-up of the Psychosynthesis I.

Description: Cenacle Sr. Linda Lizada will help us work with our significant dreams during this weekend, to help us understand their symbolic language, to listen to them, and experience them as a way in which the Divine can speak to us.

Quieting the Soul by Cenacle Sisters & Team
Date: November 28 - December 8 (8 days); December 1 - December 8 (5 days)
Venue: Chiang Mai (Thailand)
Description: A silent retreat set in the beautiful environ of Chiang Mai, Thailand. This is a eight (Nov. 28-Dec.8) or five-day (December 1-December 8) directed retreat offered to those who desire to encounter God in a more intimate way. This is a special time to listen more closely to God in one’s self and one’s reflections.
